I want to give an extra special mention of Jake he went way above and beyond anything I could have expected. I will be referring all my friends and family there and if we ever need a an RV we will be doing business with them again. You guys rock! I could not be happier with my experience with the intial purchase 5 years ago or my recent experience with insurance repairs. Mike and his staff go above and beyond by just doing the little things. Like detailing, cleaning carpets, repairing curtains. I had a lot of damage that had to be repaired on an insurance claim and they handled everything with the insurance company and repaired my vehicle good as new. I dont see customer service to this exemplary degree very often. Its a dying art and so wonderful to see still exists. Caring about your customers. They do it well here!!

We just came back from our first outing with our 29' Minnie Winnie and had a wonderful time. Everything worked well and we couldn't be happier dealing with Bob. He even delivered the Class C and picked up our trade in 22' trailer.

Exceptional customer orientation. All questions addressed. Instructional 'walk through' very helpful. We drove off satisfied. There was one small issue with fuel delivery while gassing up We called back. Mike said to bring the RV back the next morning. We did and the problem was fixed straight away.

Mike, Scott and the whole crew are top notch! From ensuring that our used RV was in excellent condition and correcting everything on our punch list and more; picking us up at the train station; showing us all the features...I could go on and on. Their customer service, honesty and courtesy is impeccable. We think we not only just bought the finest little used RV on the planet but that we made new friends. It was well worth coming down from North of Seattle to do business with these folks.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from a Class C and we found a extremely low milage -5700 mile Damon Intruder with triple slides at Portland RV Wholesale.

The coach sold itself, but being an older coach it needed maintanence, batteries and tires. Booking out at over $70K we gave the asking price of $50K and Mike instantly went to work on our list, 10 days later everything was completed and they put $2500 worth of tires and $200 worth of batteries in the deal. After pickup I had a jack leveler problem after getting her home. Mike sent out a Tech to my home in Molalla withing 2 hours, bought an upgraded part and had it sitting at my home before we got back from our 2000 mile trip.Excellent people and we saved thousands Kurt & Roberta Robertson

I have researched about a thousand class a coaches for about 2 yrs. Found some good candidates, and narrowed the field to 4 around the country, but they were sold before we could offer to buy. Then my wife found Portland RV. She wanted to look at a 33' Winnebago, but it was too short for me.

We drove to Portland from Seattle area to see a 37' Damon. Robin told me that although the photos show the coach to be great, we should be aware of the sun damage to the exterior before driving to them. I really appreciate the honesty of all the folks at P-RV. Anyway, Robin was right, the coach was not what we wanted, so we looked at the Winnebago....and purchased it. We, literally, could not be happier...not only with the coach, but especially with Portland RV. I am fairly certain we

will eventually move-on to another coach, but definitely not to any other dealer. Mike and the whole crew are absolutely top class. Everything about the way they operate their business is seamless, painless and a very pleasant experience. My step-son will soon be a customer, too. We are the kind of folks who tell everyone we know of our experiences, and word will get around about

these great people.

My husband and I just had the best buying experience ever! From the first phone call to inquire about a Rexhall on the website,I spoke with Mike. From start to finish Mike worked fast, friendly and caringly to help get us into the Rexhall. There were some issues with the RV( it is a 2003) everything on my " teeny-weeny " ,30+ nit-picky list , what can I say, I have issues :), anyway Mike took it in stride and had his wonderful crew handle everything!! The RV was beautiful, running great, and very CLEAN when we finalized sale. We took it to an RV park in Vancouver to spend the night, while there we discovered an area of wood rot under new carpet that was not put in by P-RV, they did not know it was there as we didn't either until I tripped and my foot landed in the tight corner by slide. I called Mike and he told us not to worry, he would fix it, so we took it back and it is being fixed, true to his word. Mike and his crew are great to deal with, everyone was always friendly, NEVER PUSHY and you can feel their sincerity. If we ever bought another RV , P-RV is the only place I would deal with again. We had looked at RV's on 4 different lots, hated those experiences. Thank You Mike and crew!!!!!

I am extremely happy with the purchase I made at Portland RV. I bought a Class A coach in July 2016. There are NO PRESSURE salesmen at Portland RV. Robin was very pleasant to work with. Actually all the staff was great. She and other staff were patient with all my questions. The motorhome was spotless inside & out - as were all the RVs. After I bought the motorhome - the staff went through the coach to double check & make sure every thing was working perfectly. You will not get that service from any used car dealer. I am recommending Portland RV to other family members & friends.

I purchased an RV in June of 2015. The folks treated my wife and I very well and worked to help us be able to enjoy our 'new' RV by explaining how everything in it worked. We had never owned an RV before so it was all new to us. We bought it over the internet and when we came to pick it up they went beyond what was needed to make us able to use it well. Nice people and excellent service!

Not sure what Gail is whining about, but I had an issue with an appliance after 60 days on the motorhome I bought from Robin. It wasn't covered under any warranty, but when I called and told them about my problem, they had me bring it in and fixed it by the weekend when I was leaving for the beach. Maybe it's more about buyer attitude, these people treated me pretty good. Joe
